Welcome! My name is Tatianna, your home based lash artist. Thank you for choosing me! I specialize in custom volume and mega volume sets, and I am always working to refine my skills to give you the best possible experience. I started in 2021 and have loved every moment of my journey. Below are my policies — please read them carefully. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out! DEPOSITS All full sets require a $25 nonrefundable deposit, which will go toward your remaining balance at checkout. Please note that there is 3% processing fee on all digital payments, which does not go towards your balance. Fills do not require a deposit, unless you are prone to being late. Remaining balances can be paid by cash or tap to pay only. If you wish to avoid the 3% processing fee, I recommend paying by cash. FILL POLICY To be considered a fill, your appointment must be booked within 2-3 weeks (or no more than 21 days) from your last service. This is in line with your natural lash cycle. After 21 days, the number of outgrown lashes may exceed the number of remaining lashes, which would require a full set instead of a fill. •If your fill appointment is booked outside of this time frame, it will be canceled, and I will reach out to reschedule for a more appropriate date/time. •To qualify for a fill, at least 40% of your lashes must remain. If less than 40% are left, you will be charged a full set instead. •If you're unsure about your lash retention, please send pictures in advance—ideally not the night before your appointment—so I can assess the condition of your lashes and ensure you're scheduled for the correct service. CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens, and I understand, but please note that my cancellation fees are nonrefundable and nonnegotiable. • Cancellations made 2 days in advance can reschedule your deposit to a new date one time. • A second reschedule will forfeit your deposit, and a new one will be required. • Cancellations made within 1 day of your appointment will incur a 50% fee to the card on file. • No shows will incur 100% fee, and any unpaid fees will result in a ban from booking. REFERRAL PROGRAM Refer 2 returning clients & get $15 off your next service (services must be fulfilled before receiving your discount and they must add your name to the referral box when booking) Write a review & receive $5 off your next service. LATE POLICY I am strict on my late policy because I respect everyone's time, including yours and my other clients. I have a zero tolerance for lateness • There is a 9 minute grace period, please be in the lobby by the 9 minute mark at the latest. • 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being forfeited, and I will offer to reschedule you once cancellation fees are paid. • If you are 11+ minutes late with no communication, I will assume you are not coming and you will be considered a no show and fees will apply. • No shows are banned from booking indefinitely. REFUNDS I do not offer refunds as products were still used during the service. This is nonnegotiable. If you are having issues with your lashes within 48 hours (excessive fallout, allergic reactions, or other contraindications) please reach out for a consultation as soon as possible. Any reactions that require a removal, will receive a free removal. However, everything is case by case. PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT All appointment instructions including address will be sent to your email/text when confirming your appointment & reminder notifications. For new client full sets, please have a few inspo pictures available. Come with bare lashes free of debris, lash glue, and mascara. Please come respectfully as you are in my home & with a positive attitude. Silent appointments are an option, just let me know.
